Change of Plans? No Problem.

If your order is still on the way and you’ve had a change of heart, you can easily refuse the delivery using the delivery app. We’ll make sure it gets returned safely and promptly, and issue a full refund.

Already received your order but it’s not quite right? Log into your member area using the special link we’ll send you and request a return. We’ll arrange the pickup at no extra cost — and you’ll have a full 14-day window to send it back.
